1984: The Delhi Riots is a short version demo for a feature length documentary. Following the assassination of Indira Gandhi by her Sikh bodyguards, organized mobs committed a massacre within a span of three days agains the Sikh community in Delhi. This rarely talked about event is still yet to be acknowledged by the Indian government, and it is our hope that this demo will help raise awareness and open a dialogue about the massacres. Written and Directed by Bassi & McMahon as their graduating film school project.
