the New BEAT hooked up with local longboarder Ryan Rubin and friends due to our similar interests in the culture of both longboarding and art. Our sponsorship began with a promotional video of the Longboard Living crew zipping around Toronto, however soon took off as a full-scale branding project as word spread of the Longboard Living shop opening. They now support a thriving culture in Kensington Market and we continue to build on their visual presence in Toronto.

ABOUT LONGBOARD LIVING

Longboard Living has provided Toronto with hand-painted, custom designed boards since 2008. Through collaborations with local artists they bring an ongoing collection of one of a kind boards to the market. They have a gallery in Kensington Market where you can check out what the ydo and even design your own board. Every Wednesday night they surf the city and spread the stoke!
