Skate4Cancer is the best. Rob Dyer, for those who don't know, skateboards across countries to raise awareness for cancer. He lives and parties with The New BEAT in Toronto and it was only a matter of time before we were designing together. Rob we love you, and were so proud of everything you've achieved. Shad! Whatup! A hip-hop artist from London, Ontario, Shad has exploded into the scene here in Toronto. We've known Shad for a few years now and it's only as of recent that we decided to get going on some design work together. Simple is classy, that's what Shad thinks, and so his myspace reflects just that. Rock to it!

Stand-Off is a short film written by our good friends Matt Larkin and Ian Van Den Hurk. The New BEAT Directed, Produced and will be editing the film! We finished filming in late September. We currently don't have a Stand-Off official web site, but if you feel like helping us out, you can visit our donations site!

Rosewood Estates is a winery / meadery, owned by our dear friends the Romans, located in Beamsville, Ontario. For those who don't know what a meadery is, it means that they also make honey wine (mead)! Currently we've finished filming a promotional video for them and are currently working on their website!

Battala Rockstars is a grassroots company that creates an opportunity of opening doors for unsigned bands by exposing them to prominent members of the music industry. Craftsman Renovations is a renovation company run by Jeremy Stubbs, a very talented carpenter. He came to us looking to spice up his business card which was Times New Roman, size 12 font, if you know what we mean... Saint City is a rock'n'roll band from Toronto - first off, respect. We love their dedication and passion for some grungy rock music. We've been working with them on their myspace and recently we shot a concert video at The Hideout on Queen St! We're stoked they're so into their own sound; any band that shows as much passion as these dudes deserves a little new beat love.

Gamercamp is an event hosted by the creator of Stick Stick Bang Bang, Mark Rabo, and his friend Jaime Woo. The idea is to generate hype for retro gaming as well as to get a gamer community going. Sweet idea - fun look - The New BEAT is down, are you?

Rack'N'Roll is a longboarding rack product built by our good friend Simon Dauphinee. We grew up with Simon who's a skilled carpenter living in Toronto. Recently he thought up this sweet idea to build his own rack for all his boards and then it all clicked....everyone needs one! The New BEAT studio has a custom longboard rack designed and signed by Simon himself. We love you dude!

The Yoga Element is run by Cecily Milne, a talented yogi, who teaches classes in Toronto and Muskoka! Cecily came to The New BEAT in the spring of 2009 for a whole new look. I think both parties were more than happy with the outcome. She also introduced us to a good friend Mark Rabo whom we now share a studio with. Thanks Cecily, you rock our world.
